Dawn Bressler Dawn Bressler - Executive Producer, screenwriter

Retired from public service after 30 years, Dawn is testing film production as her next career path.  This is Dawn’s third production for Clang Productions
.

Matt St. Charles Matt St. Charles - Director of Photography

Matt St. Charles has been making movies since childhood. As a boy, he loved running around with his parents' Handicam, and he still does today. He loves modern cinema technology, especially cameras and lights.  There’s a special place in his heart for films from the 80’s, especially sci-fi and action.  He lives in Humboldt with his amazing wife and daughter and cat. Rose Colored Glass is his sixth feature film as cinematographer.
Matt can be found playing with his cameras, RC trucks, video games, and having lightsaber duels with his daughter. She always insists he be Darth Vader, and while he prefers the light side of the Force, he likes doing the voice, so it’s ok.

Ray Gutierrez Alan Olmstead - Associate Producer / Editor / Music Supervisor / Sound Design / Foley / Vintage Vehicle Wrangler

Alan Olmstead has owned and operated Sirius Studios in Eureka CA since 1979, an ad agency and production studio creating not only advertising-related radio, television, and graphic design output, but also corporate video, non-profit documentaries, and many political campaigns. His slogan is “I love what I do if it weren’t for the darn clients.”

A long time band / music and A/V nerd (with a perfect score on his Bell & Howell certification in 7th Grade), Alan has always enjoyed the challenge of keeping up with new technology and fiddling with creative applications of it.

A long time bucket list item, Alan always wanted to try his hand at editing a feature film, and first with “Autumn Run”, and now with “Rose Colored Glass”, has checked that off his list!

Ray Gutierrez Ray Gutierrez - Production Designer

Ray has been designing scenery for the theatre most of his adult life. Rose Colored Glass is his first venture into the world of cinema. The most rewarding aspect of the collaborative process for him are the new friendships one makes along the way. He would like to thank both crew and cast of RCG for their generosity and kindness, it has been a joy playing together.

Daniel Marcus Daniel Marcus - Sound Recordist

AJ Hempstead Andrew “Aj” Hempstead -  First Assistant Airector

He’s also played in the timeless Romeo and Juliet at North Coast Repertory Theater where he had the honor of playing Romeo. His favorite role has been Garcin in the classic Jean-Paul Sartre play No Exit. He’s definitely human and clearly not an alien in a very expensive and well crafted human suit.

developed set, property, and costume design expertise. Her accolades include receiving a “Meritorious Achievement Award” in properties design from the Kennedy Center for “Brigadoon”. Her lifelong passion for crafting fine menus has allowed her to open and rejuvenate restaurants, cater all nature of intimate and large events, and spearhead community meal programs. When the opportunity came to support the cast and crew of Rose Colored Glass, Adina welcomed the chance to nourish the people behind the production with thoughtfully prepared meals and warm hospitality throughout long days on set. It was a rewarding experience that allowed her to support a talented group of artists during the creation of an independent feature film.

Natasha Mariani Natasha Mariani - Makeup

Natasha Mariani is a resident of Humboldt who has been practicing makeup for more than 20 years in theater, film and beauty. This will be her 4th full length film. You can often find her leading a fast paced makeup room for a haunt or Every 15 Minutes production.
